At H.C. Oswald Supply, we are dedicated to providing high-quality industrial supplies and stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging, manuals, and the provided RMA form.
Ship the Item
Affix the return label to your package and ship it via a trackable carrier; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refund Processing
Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
